Innovation and entrepreneurship are no longer American monopolies

First they came for the jobs of the factory workers, but I was not a factory worker. Then they came for the jobs of the customer service people, but I was not a customer service person. Then they came for the jobs of production-style coders, but I was not a production-style coder. Finally, they have come for the jobs of the hackers and entrepreneurs, and they are taking them to Australia, Ireland, India, and even France!
